What size is a standard UK wallpaper roll?

Most rolls sold in the UK are 10.05 metres long and 53 cm wide. Wide-width and designer papers can differ, so check the label and change the roll size in the calculator if yours is different.

What is a pattern repeat?

The pattern repeat is the distance before the design starts again down the roll. You need extra paper on each drop to line the pattern up with the one next to it, so a large repeat means fewer drops from each roll. Plain and random-match papers have a repeat of 0. The repeat is printed on the label.

Buy from the same batch

Colours can vary slightly between print runs. Buy every roll with the same batch number, and get one spare roll in case of mistakes.
